To reach Paradise Villas you will need to fly to Belize International Airport in Belize City first. Flights from the US to Belize City originate in the following US cities: Newark, New Jersey via Continental Charlotte, North Carolina via US Airways Houston, Texas - via Continental Airlines or TACA Airlines Los Angeles / Long Beach, New Orleans, and San Francisco / Oakland - via TACA Airlines Miami, Florida - via American Airlines or TACA Airlines All flights from the above cities are less than 2 hours in duration.
There are currently no direct or same-day connecting flights from Europe to Belize. Arriving from Europe, you will find it most convenient to fly via Miami or Houston. An overnight stay is required for your outbound journey only. Return flights from Belize connect with overnight flights from Miami and Houston to London and other European cities.
At Belize International Airport you may make direct connections to your flight to San Pedro on Ambergris Caye. Two airlines make the 20-minute flight from Belize International Airport to San Pedro on an hourly basis between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM. The flight is spectacular. The two airlines serving this route are Maya Island Air and Tropic Air.
Our on-site property manager is happy to reserve your connecting flight from Belize International to San Pedro. She will have a taxi waiting for you at the San Pedro Airstrip that will take you to Paradise Villas for check-in. The taxi ride from the airstrip takes about 10 minutes, and we offer this service at no additional charge. |
